How do I know if it will work for me?

The only way to know for sure is to test the signal at your location. Lucky for you, that's a test we offer. Our LTE Site Survey costs $45, and we will test signal levels and speeds at your location. If you decide to go forward with the installation, we will deduct $45 from the installation cost!

How much does it cost?

Our LTE plans are $135.00 per month. Installation prices start at $250. We'll discuss your options and pricing if you need different equipment for your specific situation. We always start with the Site Survey so you can decide if it's the right fit for your needs.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Nope. We do have a small subscriber agreement for you to sign, though.

What’s in the Subscriber Agreement?

It’s a one-page document letting you know what is being provided. It lists what is expected of you, the subscriber, and what is expected of us, the provider. It’s super boring but worth a read.

Can I use the service to work from home?

Sure! You can use it in whatever legal and awesome ways you want to. The only catch is we do not compensate for any monetary loss due to network outages. AKA, if the tower goes down and you can’t log in to work, we don’t compensate for that. Why? We do not own the network.

Do you own the network?

Nope. We just facilitate access to the network. Once connected, the network operator manages your connection. For example, if you are connected to an AT&T tower, they control your network experience.

What kind of speeds can I expect?

Typically our subscribers see greater than 15-20mbps download speeds. This is where the wonderful world of rural LTE high-speed internet gets fun. Speeds are determined by the network operator and the tower you are connected to. What does that mean? Well, if you are connected to a tower that has low congestion, then your speeds will be faster than if you were connecting to a tower that is being slammed with 947,000 Zoom meetings and a frat house full of Minecraft servers.

How much data do I get?

Most of our plans are 1TB plans. That means you can use up to 1TB of data before you get on the Network Operator's naughty list. Don’t worry, it’s a soft cap, but if you go way over… let’s just say you might end up with some coal in your stocking and no internet for a while. If the network changes any data caps, we will let you know when we know.

Do I own the equipment?

If it’s a standard install, no. We retain the ownership of the equipment. If it’s a custom install and you order an upgraded radio or have a tower installed, that is all yours!
