Wired HD LTE Subscriber Agreement

By agreeing with this Wired HD LTE Subscriber Agreement, you, the Subscriber, are agreeing to be bound by this Subscriber Agreement, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using LTE services rendered from Wired HD.

1:            Wired HD LTE Service is a no-contract, prepaid, monthly service. $135.00 will be due on the first of every month and will be billed on a recurring monthly basis until Subscriber cancellation or network carrier suspension/cancelation due to abuse or network changes.  The Subscriber may cancel at any time. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for voluntary account cancellation. In cases of non-payment, data services will be suspended 14 days after the missed payment. Service will resume after full payment has been remitted for the outstanding balance and applicable reconnect fee.  If an account has been suspended for longer than 14 days, it shall be the Subscriber’s responsibility to return any indoor LTE equipment. Any indoor LTE equipment not returned after 14 days suspension, will be charged to the Subscriber.  It shall be Wired HD’s responsibility to collect any outdoor LTE equipment from the Subscriber’s premises.

2:            This service cannot be relied on for emergency services and is not intended for telemedicine. This service is for normal residential home use. For commercial or work-from-home use, no compensation will be granted for service outages. If a service outage does occur, a bill credit reflecting the outage duration will be applied on the next billing cycle.  For example, if a three-day outage occurred in July, the August invoice will reflect a three-day proration.

3:            Speeds will vary based on network carrier, tower distance, geography, and tower load. Speeds and service are not guaranteed. This service operates on third-party cellular towers and as such is not under Wired HD’s control. Tower operators apply a fair use policy based on tower congestion and usage. Data limits are set at the tower operators’ discretion and can change without notice.

4:             Force Majeure. Wired HD will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, breakdown of cellular network provider, changes made by cellular tower operators, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy.
